Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct and remote IT support to Andritz Chile users.
  • Comply with the times and deadlines associated with the IT services catalog and SLA levels of the IT ACL area.
  • Preventive maintenance of the installed software.
  • Corrective maintenance that includes the reinstallation of software in case of anomalies in the operation.
  • Equipment cleaning (software and in some cases hardware).
  • Data backup in case of equipment problems.
  • Administration and follow-up of warranties on notebooks, laptops and IT equipment in general.
  • Maintain the IT Inventory record or other related information on a regular basis.
  • Installation and replacement of communication equipment, servers and peripherals related to IT infrastructure.
  • Maintenance of the smartphone base, equipment activation (internal systems) and support.
  • Job Requirements :

  • ICT technician with experience in 1st level support.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position.
  • Demonstrable experience in the complete management of the Ticket chain to the support area.
  • Medium level in English.
