The Local Division Manager is in charge of driving the long-term profitable growth of Motion System Drives Business in Chile.
You will also work with the global marketing and sales teams to define marketing plans.In this role you will develop and manage System Drives products through all phases of the life cycle according to market needs and the strategy and targets for the product group.

Your responsibilities
Implementing the Portfolio / Product Group strategy and ensures business development, and business results, including profit and loss (P&L).
Ensuring profitable business growth in the domestic and allocated market.
Ensuring development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensures achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
Evaluating market opportunities and deciding on appropriate activities in line with the strategy, as well as continuously developing and managing the products, solutions, systems and / or service portfolio to achieve and secure market leadership.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, as well as guiding, motivating, empowering and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
Your background
10 years of experience in market segments such as mining and pulp and paper with medium voltage products such as variable speed drives.
Desirable knowledge and experience of managing P&L.
Management experience in sales, engineering and operational projects.
The ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and management skills.
A bachelor s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Advanced English level.
