  • central to the company. The name isn’t just for show! Central Ops oversees everything we need as a company to function and ensures that orders can be placed correctly by users.
  • Central Ops controls and supports the operations done in every country for Catalog, Shopper and Support Ops.You know that stage of learning to ride a bike where someone has to hold it steady while the kid gets started?

    Our stores need that kind of support too. We're looking for a Bilingual Store Onboarding Agent to onboard new stores in North America to the Cornershop by Uber platform.

    What will you do? - Coordinating and executing the store onboarding process (ex : setting up system profiles, photography uploading / scheduling, performing catalog QA, preparing and fixing catalog content to meet Cornershop's requirements, coordinating with the field team & the catalog team for guidelines, etc.

    Supporting stores on the platform and tools needed to be successful Cornershop store partners.- Providing excellent customer service and support for new store partners.

  • Working with the store operations and sales team to streamline processes.- Stepping up to ensure our business is successful.
  • This could mean pushing extra hard to get those last few stores set up and ready to start taking orders or being willing to put in the extra effort to make the business successful.

    What do you need to succeed? - Relevant work experience.- Bilingual in English and French.- Incredible empathy and understanding of store partners.

    You will be an excellent advocate for Cornershop’s users and are passionate about the community experience.- Creative problem-solving skills, "can do" attitude, and comfort with operating in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.- Ability to work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users.
  • Agility : you can move quickly with care. You embrace change and can absorb new information with ease.- Excellent communication skills.
  • You're eloquent and able to strike the perfect tone, whether you're explaining a new policy to stores, explaining the importance of certain policies, or responding to support issues over email or the phone.

  • Computer literacy and tech-savviness (eg. Google Sheets, Slack, excel); ability to learn and deploy new technical tools.
