Working within the Process Automation Business the Strategic Account Manager develops, implements and updates the account strategy for all related to cross-company in Chile from the customer’s perspective.
Reporting to the Sales Director you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
Defining sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across all of ABB's Business Areas.
Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.
Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Driving the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools.
Maintaining a continuous relationship with the client, holding meetings, extending and negotiating proposals, and guiding the client in their productive processes.
8 years of experience in Sales and Business working as Account Manager or KAM with services and solutions in the Motion, Electric and Automation markets.
Previous experience with large clients.
Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.
Knowledge and experience in mining processes and / or desirable knowledge of other productive processes in the Chilean industry.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills as leader.
Knowledge of SAP.
A Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering.
Native Spanish and advanced English levels.
