Roche Diagnostics offers a broad panel of instruments and applications for in vitro
testing and for use in Life Sciences. With the objective of increasing our customers’
level of satisfaction with the after-sales servicing provided and a sustainable
business growth, this position will be part of the Local Leadership Team,
demonstrating a clear strategic leadership.
As Marketing Head you will be responsible for :
1. Development and execution of marketing strategy of Roche Diagnostics by
coordinating across business lines. Focus on innovating marketing tactics for
the portfolio of products and the launch / positioning of new products, digital
solutions and / or services.
2. Market Research related to needs, segmentation & market share. Market
intelligence concerning market conditions and competitors.
3. Development of pricing strategy.
4. Managing Personalized Healthcare (PHC)
5. Leading Local Marketing Strategy with the marketing team (15 people)
Who you are

The ideal candidate possesses the following experience and skills :
University Degree, preferably in the fields of engineering or business
Bachelor’s Degree (life sciences or related discipline is a plus). MBA or other
related Graduate-level Degree is preferred (Masters or PhD in a life sciences
discipline is a plus)
8 years’ work experience in Marketing and Business Development areas in
the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or related industries
5 years’ people management experience
Strategic Agility and long term vision to drive innovation
Knowledge of Diagnostics products is an asset
Interpersonal skills and solid capabilities to work in matrix organization
Strong communication skills to inspire and mobilize the organization
You are a team player who is attracted to a fast paced environment. You enjoy the

challenge the status quo. Your strong strategic thinking skills come combined with
the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans, and you assume full
