Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for business process and lean project management team for Lifecycle Services organization in LAR
  • Lead cross functional teams to achieve process improvement : facilitate workshops, share Six Sigma, Lean and Change Management methodology tools.
  • Active participation in global projects and teams due to productivity and process improvement activities.
  • Responsible for master data activities, work with global teams to develop reports, support LAR regarding system issues follow up and corrections.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process improvement
  • Achieve project deliverables (time, cost and objectives)
  • Achieve productivity results through improvement sustainment
  • Positively lead teams and organizations through change
  • Communicate effectively to teams and leadership to ensure support for resources and buy-in for change
  • Listen to and grasp team and project stakeholder needs to cultivate collaboration
  • Support for all areas to create / update procedures / workflows
