Job Purpose :
Provide software quality assurance, coordinating the execution of Payments / Trade applications releases testing in LatAm Region.
Assure smooth transition to Production environment delivering a clean code
Avoid impact on clients
Alignment and SPOC between Regional and local requirements and teams
Design readiness procedures for Operations Teams
Job Background / context :
focusing on all activities related with of Payments / Trade applications in the Region as well as readiness activities.
Team is to perform software quality assurance for the program to provide a clean roll out of the product to customers in region
The team is responsible for the creation, execution and maintenance of testing strategies, defect management and support operations teams during PVT activities
The Team works closely with our Global, Regional and Local teams (Business, Technology, Operations, Frauds, Third Party provider, etc) to ensure that all activities to coordinate the end to end of the product is performed in a timely and consistent manner.
Key Responsibilities :
This role will manage user acceptance testing for Payments / Trade applications; will be involved in all aspects of testing and have the opportunity to interface with Technology, Business, Operations and vendors.
Also providing Readiness support after implementation
Provide testing support; Perform User Acceptance Testing for Regional Projects
Relationship management with Product Management, Technology, and all other Operational areas; including deep navigation in local countries complex structures that enhance the programs
Plan and coordinate all phases of testing lifecycle activities : Business Scenario, Test Script development, Data Strategy, Validation Requirements, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Post Implementation Support
Conduct business scenario meetings with cross-functional teams to define testing coverage based on the Functional Requirements
Create Project Reports of daily metrics progress for script development, test execution, and defects
Works with the Senior Management Program team, providing daily updates, Risks and issues
Coordinate with the testing team the turnover and acceptance of enhancements / change
Coordinate and design Readiness documents as well as training dictation for Operations areas
Knowledge / Experience : Testing methodology
Testing automation (is a plus)
Understanding of technical documentation and interpreting the requirements to logical testing requirements
Team management of on site and remote teams in a multi-geographic environment
Skills : Required
BA Required on IT careers or related
2+ years of participating in IT projects and teams within the finance industry
English / Spanish language skills required. Portuguese preferred.
