Be an expert in administrative tasks for our Customer Service team and become the Service Commercial nexus with all other support areas.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide administrative support to local Customer Service (CS) Account Manager, to comply with the objectives of the Customer Service area and the rest of the areas involved.
You are responsible for
Send Time & Material (T&M) quotes to the client, confirm that it has been received, follow up the client until T&M approval, coordinate the Service once received Purchase order / acceptance of the quote, make escalations to the CS Account Manager about discounts, payment in fees, approval exceptions, etc.
keep control of the status of the quotes.
Request the creation of new customers and credit line to Global Business Service (GBS) area and Credit department, request purchase orders from customers, request billing, credit and debit notes from CS to GBS, dispatch physical invoices and documentation to customers, take charge of resolving disputes, keep track of billing and invoice dispatch.
Request and send warranty certificates to clients, prepare tendering documents and obtaining signatures, uploading to the tendering portal documentation, obtaining the required signatures, sending to notary and physical dispatch of contract to the client, monitoring of contract signature by the client and contract physical and digital storage.
Preparation of weekly KPIs reports, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Remote support to external and internal customers, support to the CS Operations department (Planners, Field Service Engineers, CS Specialist), participate in Supply Chain meetings.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree in administrative career or similar
At least 2 years of work experience in administrative / operative roles
Excellent use of MS Office, Excel in particular.
Work planning and organization, attention to detail, teamwork, autonomy.
Intermediate / Advanced English written and spoken.
