Position Title : Digital Marketing Associate

Business Unit : Home Appliances - Oster

Location : Las Condes, Santiago de Chile

Reports to : Manager, Brand Activation #LI-MF1

As the Digital Marketing Associate you will be responsible for designing and implementing Marketing strategies in digital and brand media, to position it in the market maximizing the impact of Digital Marketing.

This position has the responsibility to define, to achieve and to improve Digital KPIs related to these campaigns, to coordinate the implementation of communication calendars, ensuring that brand objectives are achieved.

You will work directly with design and social media agencies for the development of campaigns, as well as the coordination with the different internal and external teams to execute the strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive digital marketing strategies considering brand and commercial objectives, working with regional, local, internal and external teams to the organization.
  • Develop digital campaigns according to the established campaign calendar.
  • Direct, coordinate and control the production process of both digital and multichannel communication pieces and actions to maintain a unified and aligned brand experience.
  • Know in depth the target audience that makes up the market by analyzing internal and external quantitative and qualitative information.
  • In addition to being the voice of the customer in all meetings and giving visibility to Insights for continuous improvement of communication and processes.

  • Guarantee the coordination of the different agencies (media, digital, design) and partners (Facebook and Google) to guarantee the alignment of our brand in the region and at all points of contact.
  • Monitor the communication and image of the brand in the different media, analyzing and creating quantitative and qualitative reports, ensuring the correct implementation of the image, tone and style of our brand.
  • Generate digital marketing plans that increase our brand reach on all relevant platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of the RRSS calendar with the Agency
  • Manage and control the budget for investment in digital media
  • Continuous analysis of traffic, conversion, sale, ROI, ROAS, impressions, reach, frequency and metrics of the brand's social media profiles, and others KPIs.
  • Delivers and improves Digital KPIs.
  • Generate constant reports to evaluate the different actions carried out and general reports to verify compliance with digital marketing objectives.
  • Promote and present proposals for continuous improvement in processes and actions in the brand's digital media.
  • Qualifications

  • Professional graduated in Marketing Engineering, Commercial Advertising, Digital Marketing or careers to the end
  • 5-years of direct and hands-on Ecommerce experience providing solutions in a large global company.
  • Knowledge and management in Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords
  • Knowledge of KPI dashboards
  • English (proficient)
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing metrics
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across lines of business
  • Knowledgeable about the web and emerging technologies
  • Ability to learn, understand and converse around key business issues, with strong business acumen
