In this role, you have the opportunity to lead the sales operations in our Pacific Cluster (Chile , Perú & Bolivia), empowering a medium size sales team to drive the strategy in these countries, adding value through solutions and consultative selling and driving innovation in our daily strategy.
You will lead a multi-functional team that will help you drive the sales strategy in the region with our distributors.
You are responsible for
Managing the sales function in the Markets order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues for assigned portfolio, across regions.
Developing clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs / customer centricity and market conditions synchronized with the BMC objectives
Ensuring sales efforts align with and support organizational strategy, SPoR (both long and short-term), and BMC plans
Establishing key sales commercial and operations plans including processes and strategies for : distribution, contracting, business planning, sales comp.
forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.
Contributing to marketing plan : product prices and sales priorities, and responsible for price realization
You have the authority and accountability to negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy
Gains and maintains market information and knowledge in order to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares across assigned product portfolio
Ensuring un-compromised implementation of the standard Philips business processes, quality standards and standards of business conduct according to Philips policies
Responsible for compliance performance within the district and for reporting compliance issues quality & regulatory functions (for management review purposes).
Driving continuous improvements applying LEAN.
This is what we are looking for in your profile :
University degree and 10+ years of relevant experience with solid track record in sales and management of sales teams
Understanding of Finance and logistics, experience managing budget and P&L for the region.
5 or more years of experience working with a multichannel environment.
At least 7 years of relevant medical devices industry and market is strongly desired.
A minimum of 7 years of experience managing medium size teams locally and remotely.
Strong communicator - good presentation skills.
Experience in matrix organizations, and cross-functional experience

Based in Chile will act as Sales Leader Diagnostic Imaging & Image Guide Therapy for Philip’s Health Systems. This position will report to the Commercial Leader for Pacific Cluster.
