  • Advising senior management on financial and investment strategies;
  • Analyzing the financial performance of the company and proposing possible solutions to maintain and increase the profitability of the operations;
  • Complying with financial and fiscal country and Group framework;
  • Supervising and executing financial and budgetary planning exercises;
  • Delivering and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting to the Country Chief Executive Officer and all other necessary bodies (auditors, committees );
  • Leading the deployment of Group's strategy, policies, processes and accounting and financial / internal controls;
  • Guaranteeing the integrity of the financial results;
  • Optimizing financial resources and ensuring risk control;
  • Managing the cash flow and financing activities of the company's activities, in particular by maintaining business relationships with investors, financial institutions and financial and regulatory authorities;
  • Managing and supervising financial elements of tender projects;
  • Managing and supervising strategic investment with the country CEO
  • With the support of the teams in place and external advisors, supervising and managing the policies and procedures related to legal affairs;
  • Managing and supervising Purchases' department and related workshops and leading purchase contract negotiation
  • Acting as an expert with management and business development teams;
  • Managing accounting and financial staff : recruitment, training, team management.
  • Ensuring the connection between Local Company and Group CFO on financial matters.
