Responsible to drive and execute the marketing and corporate communications strategy for the country, ensuring the fast development and best in class implementation of the Global and Regional marketing initiatives together with close definition, support, and execution of the country ad hoc marketing requirements and opportunities.
This position is responsible for training and developing field staff, building a high performing team and growing premium within the division.
The Marketing Manager will also work with field staff and clients to develop and maintain new and existing relationships in the market.
This position is active in the office and in the field. This position services the various LOBs with strategic planning and execution and effectively manages the distribution channel through promotion of the brand and its capabilities and the loyalty of its business partners and customers, in line with objectives and profit goals.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identify and analyze business needs in order to generate an accurate communications strategy through marketing initiatives.
Support for the LOBs commercial strategy with focus on sales, attracting new customers and portfolio loyalty.
Design and execute loyalty strategies to brokers according to their needs, audiences, and segments. (From merchandising to premium loyalty travels).
Define, coordinate and execute marketing and communications events.
Analyze existing and proposed products and conditions that might impact profitability or create opportunity.
Design and manage external communications strategy (press and media) and Thought Leader to Senior Management.
Responsible for internally transmitting or executing the campaigns for their application on the website, intranet, social networks, emails, etc.
Responsible for Chubb Website (design, functions, structure, and contents updating)
Responsible for definition and tracking of new digital tools to strength relationship with third parties, and execute improvement initiatives to existing digital tools, involving different areas and stakeholders in Chubb.
Coordinate and execute Chubb School to brokers.
Management and efficient use of the marketing budget.
Define and contract external vendors to support Marketing and Communications strategy.
Ensure the proper use of brand image manuals and ensure compliance with the standards established for their use in Chubb.
Business Partner to Internal Communications and corporate events. (HR initiatives, corporate presentations, Business Plan Presentation, BCP Communications).
Responsible for visual strategy of our offices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital related field : a Master’s degree in Marketing or Digital related field is highly preferred.
Advance knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language.

10 years or more of Marketing and Communications Experience. (Leadership positions).
Experience directing and coordinating high performing teams, working in a matrix environment.
Proven experience of and B2C side with KPI of growth and ROI.
Strong experience in the eCommerce / App country ecosystem
Advanced knowledge of digital media such us Social Media.
