General Purpose :

Supports the team members & management by providing relevant, high quality information and deliverables on time.

Main Responsibility Area :

Typically helps to carry out business analyses. Able to apply basic knowledge / skills to own work. Responds to manager's / client needs and works to meet those needs, offering assistance and advice on standard practical issues.

Job Description :

  • Analytical Skills : Business Acumen and an eye to spot trends, patterns, deviations in data.
  • Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Excel Pivots, Vlookup,charts,Macros etc.)
  • Ensure correct routing request to different stake holders e.g. Bid work, Monitoring. Etc
  • Ensuring communication towards the Region
  • Managing escalation update and routing on specific requests
  • Ability to understand technologies (telecom) involved in the request / Bid and able to do primary level of stripping of tender documents
  • Request and Ensure list management and generation, forecast list collation
  • Working with stakeholders and Ensure business priorities are achieved
  • Develop concept across tools and emerging market technology through automation of process and driving quality administration
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Experience in working on CRM / ERP tools, excel and MS office suit
  • Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment
  • University graduate with bachelor degree
  • Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
  • Ability to work on Excel macros & MS Access to enable automation of repeatable process.
  • Energy, drive and willingness to innovate.

    Good Communication and presentation skills and Fluent in English.
