Mondelez International is looking for : Category Development Specialist Traditional Trade & Cheese Description Support the Category Development Manager in the translation of Category strategies into TT & Cheese Sales strategy and cross-

category customer plans. Supports the development & leads the implementation of the Category growth strategy. Support Category Development Manager in the definition and development of TT & Cheese Sales strategies and responsible for its flawless execution.

Main Responsibilities 1. Owns : The assessment of Category opportunities across channels and customers.The development of Customer Growth Strategy to support customer negotiations / customer strategic plan (SP) and / or customer joint business plan (JBP).

The capacity planning to ensure flawless execution of the Categories' plans.The indentification of customer / shopper insights to feed customer strategic plan (SP) and / or customer joint business plan (JBP).

2. Define : Define activities to support Category Growth Strategy.Define the specific opportunities that exist by category by customers.

3. Implement : Execute and track of Category Growth Strategy.Input the channel, customer and shopper insights into the category activation plan.

4. Apply & Sustain : Fuild communication with key stakeholders (Sales Revenue Planning, Perfect Store and Sales team).5. Leverage & Improve : Continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of the Category Growth Strategy.

Qualifications

Academic Knowledge 1. Major in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related areas. 2. Proficient in English (oral & written).

Working Knowledge Minimum 3 years of professional experience in commercial areas (Marketing, Category Planning, Trade Marketing, Sales).
