Purpose of role :
Across PEBAC, Spirits represent only 4% of total TBA in Eq Cases, with local Spirits dominating consumption (78%)
The purpose of this role is to drive commercial success with focus on recruitment of emerging middle class and young people 18-
25 that currently drink beer or local Spirits.
The role strategically integrates content and growth drivers and provides commercial leadership to deliver the plan.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities :
identifying sources of medium term growth and resources needed.
Works with our customers and distributors to develop a common growth agenda , sets priorities and jointly assigns resources and investment levels.

including Media plans, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Out-trade experiential events, briefing specialist resources and leading the cross functional team to deliver the GAME.

Qualifications and Experience Required :
University degree required. MBA (or equivalent) preferred
English proficiency required; Spanish
5-8 years progressive FMCG experience; proven track record of strong commercial success.
Strong ability to create amazing relationships; proven ability to influence across functions and countries, both internally and externally.
Strong strategic capabilities in order to apply consumer and market insights to business plans. Think in the future and anticipate trends and opportunities.
Comprehensive commercial and financial decision making experience including channel profitability & targeted trade investment.
