In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of the Trade Marketing team for South-Latam. You will be responsible for the Trade Marketing activities in Chile, Paraguay and Bolivia.

This position will be based in Santiago de Chile.

You are responsible for

  • Lead the development of the Customer Decision Journey (CDJ) messaging and key visuals from initial consideration to purchase
  • Working closely with agencies on the development of shopper strategies and creatives
  • Responsible for the coordination of the BLT agency (Promotors, merchandising and training)

    Management of BLT budget, coordination of quotations with suppliers and management of deliveries.

    Responsible for the planning, implementation of sales and marketing campaigns at the point of sale (support plan, designation of activations / exhibitions, incentives and execution),

    development of point of sale materials

    Analysis and monthly monitoring of merchandising and sales reports, suggestions for improvements (support : customers, marketing and sales team)

    Support sales channels with activations / exhibitions, incentives and execution

    Measure ROI for key projects

  • Development and implementation of innovative Shopper Marketing plans that drive profitable product portfolio and market share results.
  • Developing shopper platforms / activation that drive sales growth and bring plans to life
  • Partnering with Retailers on development of customer specific marketing programs
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least a bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience with BTL agencies (promoters, merchandising, training and point of sale materials)
  • Work plans and analysis of sales performance data, customer meetings and tracking KPI.
  • Retail Channels : Department stores, Hypermarket, Pharmacy
  • Experience creating and executing POS displays and activations
  • Analytical profile with extensive Dashboard knowledge to control KPIs : ROI, monitor / evaluate the effectiveness of marketing / commercial initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience in trade marketing, preferably in the massive consumer goods industry
