The Scrum Master will focus on managing and driving Scrum Ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Review & Demonstration, Sprint Retrospection and Sprint Planning).
Also, the Scrum Master will be required to identify and communicate risks inside and outside the Team. The Scrum Master will be required to manage metrics, perform continuous SWOT analysis of the Team, and assist the Product Owner in establishing project requirements.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on team relationships and problem solving.
Facilitating productivity without the need to coerce, assign, or dictate the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and distributing information.
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
Minimum of 1 year of experience playing the Scrum Master role for two software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
Intermediate to advanced level of English required.
University degree preferred.
